Customer Refunds:

Full refunds are given to any transaction before the 30 days of your event. No refunds are given if your event is within 30 days of your event.

Paparazzi plans everything in advance and pays for travel arrangements and employee time up front. These items can not be refunded within 30 days of any event.

Any refunds given to customer before the 30 day mark will be issued 10 business days of date after the customer has canceled booking.

Do to any reason that Paparazzi can not full fill its side of services, Paparazzi will give you full refund no matter what the time frame is.
